Shrimp Fettuccine ingredients
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled
- 2 tablespoons chopped and seeded jalapeno peppers
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 lb fettuccine, cooked
- 6 ounces parmesan cheese
Shrimp Fettuccine Recipe
- Sauté onions, bell pepper, celery in butter.
- Add flour, parsley and shrimp cook 15 minutes.
- Add jalapeños, Velveeta, half-and-half, and garlic cook 15 minutes.
- Combine with cooked noodles, mix thoroughly.
- place in deep casserole pan, cover with parmesan cheese and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Shrimp Fettuccine ingredients
- 1/4 lb butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks green onions, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning (Tony's)
- 1 cup parsley (or 1/4 cup dried parsley)
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 small zucchini, cut into thin match sticks (optional)
Shrimp Fettuccine Recipe
- Melt butter.
- Add flour and blend.
- Add wine, salt, pepper, seasoning, garlic, parsley, and zucchini.
- Cook on Med fire for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Cook fettuccine according to directions (drain).
- Add shrimp and cream to butter mixture and simmer until shrimp are cooked (about 12 minutes).
- Mix shrimp mixture with fettuccine.
- Add green onions, parmesan, and cheddar.
- Cook on low and stir until cheese is melted.
- Serve while hot.
