My mother's recipe, will fill you to the brim, very rich.

Shrimp Fettuccine ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped and seeded jalapeno peppers
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pint half-and-half
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 lb fettuccine, cooked
  • 6 ounces parmesan cheese

Shrimp Fettuccine Recipe

  1. Sauté onions, bell pepper, celery in butter.
  2. Add flour, parsley and shrimp cook 15 minutes.
  3. Add jalapeños, Velveeta, half-and-half, and garlic cook 15 minutes.
  4. Combine with cooked noodles, mix thoroughly.
  5. place in deep casserole pan, cover with parmesan cheese and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Shrimp fettuccine Recipe

Shrimp Fettuccine ingredients

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning (Tony's)
  • 1 cup parsley (or 1/4 cup dried parsley)
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 small zucchini, cut into thin match sticks (optional)

Shrimp Fettuccine Recipe

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add flour and blend.
  3. Add wine, salt, pepper, seasoning, garlic, parsley, and zucchini.
  4. Cook on Med fire for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Cook fettuccine according to directions (drain).
  6. Add shrimp and cream to butter mixture and simmer until shrimp are cooked (about 12 minutes).
  7. Mix shrimp mixture with fettuccine.
  8. Add green onions, parmesan, and cheddar.
  9. Cook on low and stir until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve while hot.
