Zucchini Bread - Plain
I have been baking this for my family for years, but now I have modified it to use a sugar substitute. The browned outside part is the most tasty. It is great with a little butter or margarine.

Onion dill picnic bread
Posted on July 12th, 2010
Onion Dill Picnic Bread I wish you could see the picture for this bread. It looks like a golden, flakey deck of cards standing on end!...and the oniony aroma of the baking bread is out of this world! If you don't like the flavor of dill, it can be omitted and the bread will still be delicious. Prep time does not include rising time. by M&Mers

Sure Winner Bread Pudding
On a recent Holland-American cruise, old-fashioned bread pudding was one of the staples of the dessert buffet. It was much more popular than other exotic offerings.. This is my approximation of their recipe.

Easy Sourdough French Bread
This is a good sourdough bread for those of us who don't want to wait to make a traditional "starter." The vinegar, ginger and sour cream make it sour. I hope you enjoy it.

Fruit & Pumpkin Bread
This started as zucchini bread; I changed to pumpkin, altered the spices, and cut out most of the fat. The applesauce makes it so moist that it's very difficult to tell that there's no fat in it; this is one of my favorites to bring in to work.

Sonnet26's Strawberry Bread with Cream Cheese Sauce
I got the original recipe from one of my sisters (who got it from another sister), changed the things I didn't like about the original recipe, and this is the result. This is so good it's almost a sin.
