Pickled sauerkraut-stuffed banana peppers

Posted on July 13th, 2010
Pickled Sauerkraut-Stuffed Banana Peppers We have been making these peppers for years, and everyone always asks for the recipe. The amounts of peppers and sauerkraut are estimates, as it depends a lot upon the size of the peppers. If you make these with hot banana peppers, be sure to wear gloves when cleaning them out!! These seem like a lot of work, but worth the reward when you have these wonderful peppers to eat all year through! by Manda

Posted on July 13th, 2010
Pecan-Crusted Chicken with Banana Salsa Don't turn your nose up at the Banana Salsa (we did at 1st) it is absolutly great with the pecan chicken, or by itself. We also put chunks of pineapple in the salsa to add a little different flair (bananas and pineapple do so well together) and its so yummie. by Angie Gillham
