Dandy candy

Dandy Candy When I came across this recipe in my recipe box I just had to post it because it brought back childhood memories! My sister loved to make this candy when she was little! The recipe came from a 1976 child's cookbook. It is a no-cook candy that is very simple and kids love it! Prep time includes 1 hour to chill. (I guessed on the servings) by Kim D.

Homemade freezer pizza
Posted on July 12th, 2010
Homemade Freezer Pizza Instead of buying one of those freezer pizza's that you can't really choose the toppings on why not make a few yourself and have ready in the freezer! This tried-and-true method preserves a fresh, crisp crust even through the freezing process! The secret's in the cheese; when applied to the crust before any toppings or sauce, the cheese seals the crust against the moisture in the sauce. Do not thaw before baking! by Tish

Grilled Veggie Pizza
A fresh alternative to the "usual" grill items. The grill adds a smoky-like flavor that adds to the overall taste of the pizza. Could easily be made with meat--just add cooked meat such as sausage or hamburger or just add slices of pepperoni for a quicker fix.

Lemon-Poppy Seed Waffles with Blueberry Sauce
This recipe comes from "The Little RoosterCafe" in Manchester Center, Vermont. The flavors of lemon and blueberry seem to go hand in hand, and that's definately the case in this breakfast treat. Top with maple syrup, if you prefer.
