Cheeseburger Pie ingredients
- 1 cup baking mix
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons baking mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cheeseburger Pie Recipe
- Combine baking mix and water, mix until smooth.
- Knead 5 times on floured surface.
- Roll out and put in pie pan.
- Cook and stir ground beef and onion until done; drain.
- Add salt and pepper, the 2 TBS baking mix and worcestershire sauce.
- Spoon into crust.
- Mix eggs and cottage cheese; pour over beef.
- Place tomato slices in a circle on top.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 375* for about 30 minutes, until set.

Cheeseburger Pie ingredients
- 1 9 in.baked pastry shell
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
Cheeseburger Pie Recipe
- Cook ground beef, green pepper, and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain.
- Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
- Spoon mixture into prepared crust.
- Combine egg and next 4 ingredients, stirring well; spoon evenly over meat mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Combine remaining tomato sauce and chili sauce; serve with pie.

Cheeseburger Pie ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can cut green beans
- 1 can mushroom pieces, and stems
- 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner roll
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I use chedder, but you can use any kind)
- paprika, to sprinkle on top
Cheeseburger Pie Recipe
- In frying pan, brown ground chuck, onion, garlic and green pepper till brown.
- Drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, green beans, and mushrooms into beef mixture.
- In ungreased pie pan (I use deep dish), lay crescent rolls in and press to form crust.
- Beat egg and add 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Pour on top of crust.
- Add beef mixture, then the other cup of cheese.
- Sprinkle top with Paprika and bake in 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until top is golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cheeseburger Pie ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- cheese (for topping)
Cheeseburger Pie Recipe
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Grease casserole.
- Brown meat and onion.
- Drain well and add seasonings; spread in casserole.
- Beat milk, eggs, biscuit mix and cheese till smooth.
- Pour over meat mixture.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with additional cheese.
- Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer.
- Cool 5 minutes before cutting.

Cheeseburger Pie ingredients
CRUST
MEAT FILLING
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, Chopped, 1 md
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
TOPPING
- 2 tomatoes, Sliced, Md
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, Shredded,4oz
- 2 tablespoons Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Cheeseburger Pie Recipe
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix the 1 cup of the biscuit baking mix and the milk until a soft dough forms.
- Gently smooth the dough into a ball on a floured cloth-covered surface after kneading the ball 5 times to mix.
- Roll out the dough until it is 2 inches larger than an inverted 9-inch pie pan.
- Ease into the pan and flute the edges.
- Set aside.
- Cook and stir the meat and onion in a large skillet until the meat is brown.
- Drain off the excess fat.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, 2 Tb of the baking mix, and the worcestershire sauce.
- Turn the meat filling into the pastry lined pie pan.
- Arrange the tomato slices on the meat mixture.
- Beat the eggs slightly and stir in the cheese.
- Spoon onto the tomatoes spreading the mixture to cover the top completely.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve with chili sauce, if desired.
