Pickled sauerkraut-stuffed banana peppers

Posted on July 13th, 2010
Pickled Sauerkraut-Stuffed Banana Peppers We have been making these peppers for years, and everyone always asks for the recipe. The amounts of peppers and sauerkraut are estimates, as it depends a lot upon the size of the peppers. If you make these with hot banana peppers, be sure to wear gloves when cleaning them out!! These seem like a lot of work, but worth the reward when you have these wonderful peppers to eat all year through! by Manda

Chocolate christmas log (cookie cake) - 1

Chocolate Christmas Log (Cookie Cake) This is a Christmas tradition in my family. We often have to make more than one and somehow ingredients tend to go missing in action. It is so easy, kids love to help (which explains the missing ingredients). To make cookie cake, double the recipe and place the cookies and cream in layers in a springform pan (topping with a layer of whipped cream). After refrigerating at least overnight, remove sides of pan and apply more whipped cream as icing. by *Pixie*

Pecan-crusted chicken with banana salsa

Pecan-Crusted Chicken with Banana Salsa Don't turn your nose up at the Banana Salsa (we did at 1st) it is absolutly great with the pecan chicken, or by itself. We also put chunks of pineapple in the salsa to add a little different flair (bananas and pineapple do so well together) and its so yummie. by Angie Gillham

Stormy's Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies (2 Ingredients!) Refrigerated cookie dough and mini peanut butter cups make preparing these a breeze...BUT they taste like a lot of effort goes into them. This recipe was given to me, so I do not know who Stormy is, but I figured I should give him/her credit!
